As a Product Manager at Rank Interactive, you will be part of the product team reporting to the Head of CX Design, aligned to core customer journeys (i.e. Registration, Login, Account, Cashier, Responsible Gaming etc.). You will represent market demand, customer preferences and business stakeholder interests in strategic planning and development of the solutions in your area.
You will work closely with other product managers, designers and development to ensure a best-in-class product experience is delivered to our customers .
Main Accountabilities& Responsibilities:
Deliver a first-class experience for all our online players through optimised customer journeys
Will work with data to identify and address pain points for customers, removing friction from on-site and app-based journeys
Participate in product discovery to identify and mitigate risks and validate objectives/solutions
Collaborate with product designers and engineers to develop and deploy front-end changes that excite and entertain
Own the product portfolio and roadmap relating to feature development across your product vertical
Encourage a customer-centric culture of innovation focused on adding customer and business value to our products and services
Work closely with the product leadership team to define the product vision and design winning product strategies
Define, communicate and measure KPIs for product performance
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand venture partnerships, brand strategies and customer segments to ensure consistency and platform economy of scale is balanced with brand differentiation
Capture opportunities and build strong business cases through a data-driven approach to align key stakeholders and development teams ensuring the goals are clear
Work closely with business intelligence, research and product design to discover, prototype, test and learn to inform product development
Collaborate closely with delivery leads/ technical leads and system architects to maintain a balance of new feature development without compromising the integrity and quality of current solutions
Provide the overall direction for all phases of the product development lifecycle
Ensure compliance with a regulator, privacy and responsible gaming protocols
Provide clear communication and visibility for the wider stakeholder group to keep them informed of the performance of our products and progress on new development
Plan and coordinate go-to-market strategy and execution with marketing, operations and development teams with clear communication surrounding our product releases
Help continue to develop a positive, open-feedback team culture and environment to boost engagement, ownership, and accountability
Qualifications
Demonstratable experience in Product Management required
Gaming experience is desirable
Experience in front-end/back-end development
Experience working in a fast-changing and fast-paced industry and working environment
Wanting experience in methods to understand and improve customer experience
Ability to build excellent relationships and communicate with external suppliers
Keen to gain a good understanding of lean and agile product development
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in communicating with senior stakeholders
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to your work
Ability to see the 'big picture,' evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritise various requests
