    Solution Architect

    Job Description

    • Proactively scopes Huawei technical solution required to address customer requirements and recommends solutions that optimise value for both the customer and the company.
    • Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the business and customer firm.
    • Adapt solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
    • Coordinates closely with Sales, Operations and Service resources to align the solution design with the customer's business requirements.
    • Secure commitments from customer technical staff needed to ensure a deal's "technical close".
    • Responsible for conducting site visits and surveys, engineering, and document solution designs, writing technical papers, case studies, technical reviews, and product comparisons.

    Qualifications
    Essential Qualifications:

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • NDip in Telecommunications and/or Information Technology / Computer Science.
    • Advanced Certifications in Huawei Data Communication, Optical, Enterprise Services and Software technologies, skilled in various disciplines that support innovative thinking in architecting critical industrial operational communication solutions.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • B.Tech / Degree in Telecommunications / Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering.

    Experience required

    • 5-10 years of industrial operational technologies networking experience in the OT environment.
    • Knowledge and background in Mining, Oil & Gas, and Port verticals.
    • 2-5 years of project experience.
    • 2-5 years in a team lead position, guiding and assisting with installations and commissioning of industrial connectivity networks (advantageous).
    • 5-10 years of experience in Telecommunications and/or Operational, Information Technology / Microsoft Office 365 / Connectivity environments / with an inclination towards civil and

    Insurance Sales Manager

    Job Description

    •  Ensure that financial services provided is appropriate to identified client needs and risk profile.
    •  Measure client satisfaction. Improve service, gathering feedback from clients and other stakeholders and taking corrective based on feedback received.
    •  Build collaboration with internal stakeholders.
    •  Build relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including product providers both internal and external.

    Minimum Requirements
    Minimum Education Qualification

    •  Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
    •  NQF Level 6 or Higher in a Financial or Business-related field essential
    •  FAIS Key Individuals – competency Cat 1.1 and Cat B1 and B2 is mandatory
    •  RE1 Regulatory Exam Certificate
    •  Class of Business Long Term Insurance
    •  Class of Business Short Term Personal Lines
    •  Letter Confirmation by FSP & KI of KI’s ability, capacity and required decision making powers

    Minimum Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years managing an insurance sales team, preferably in financial services, with exposure to the range of experience identified above.
    • 3 years Relationship management experience in the financial / insurance sector
    • 5 years Sales experience with a proven track record in a pressurised sales environment
    • 5 years Sales experience in a Home Loans environment / Estate Agent / Bond Originator would be an advantage

    Credit Reporting Analyst

    Job Description

    • Prepare and circulate all reports to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
    • Lead the identification, development, implementation, and maintenance of new credit strategies and solutions.
    • Analyze and report on key performance metrics in the Department
    • Evaluate operational processes and reporting to improve productivity, efficiency and profitability.
    • Prepare Ad-hoc projects and analytics
