    Job Description    
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Shipment Planning and Loading Management
    • Verify that documentation received from China meets clearing and transportation requirements, obtaining any missing information before vessel arrival.
    • Submit rate requests to all LSPs before awarding shipments, complete price comparisons, and obtain necessary approvals.
    • Issue RFQs to all whitelisted LSPs/transporters within one day of receiving a request from the department supervisor. Ensure price collection within three working days and approval within two days.
    • Obtain approval for any deviations from original quotations or additional charges before execution.
    • Complete shipment awarding at least 10 days before vessel arrival for BBK/COC shipments and book trucks at least five days before vessel arrival for SOC shipments.
    • Confirm truck availability and share necessary documents with LSPs at least seven days before vessel arrival.
    • Ensure LSPs provide a detailed report (including photos and videos) of all received cargo at the port and that cargo is discharged within 10 days of vessel arrival.
    • Monitor port efficiency to ensure operations are completed within 10 days.
    • Collect Goods Received Notes (GRNs) for BBK and COC cargo before loading. Generate invoices per truckload for Carrier-Owned Container or Break Bulk cargo and provide transporters with invoices and packing lists within 24 hours after loading.
    • Process and capture invoices for all Shipper-Owned Container shipments in relevant categories.
    • Request full pre-alerts and Certificates of Delivery (COD) from LSPs, ensuring all captured information is accurate.

    • Ensure all trucks and shipments are accurately reflected in daily tracking reports.
    • Report any transporter/LSP-reported incidents to the department supervisor immediately and maintain communication on the claims process with all relevant parties.
    • Demurrage and Claim Management
    • Assist with claims and demurrage verification.
    • Ensure timely communication with the demurrage and claim controller when required.
    • Data and Documentation Management
    • Update the Tencent working ledger daily.

    Job Description Summary:

    • The Stock Controller coordinates and executes the assigned warehouse activities and processes, ensuring the operational management of material in line with specifications, orders, and safety policies.     Job Description:

    Inventory Management & Stock Control:

    • Reorder materials and/or equipment where needed, register these in the relevant databases/systems, provide input on performance of suppliers, and inspect, manage, and maintain materials, tools, and/or equipment on stock to ensure optimal availability for production and delivery.
    • Identify and address bottlenecks and inadequacies in inventory processes.
    • Perform wall-to-wall and cycle counts as required.
    • Ensure that stock transfers are handled correctly both physically and within the ERP system.
    • Monitor stock consumption by production and identify areas of improvement.

    Inbound Goods and Storing:

    Job Description    
    Job Summary

    • To ensure efficient collection, control and administration of monies owed to the company within the guidelines determined by the credit terms including all policies and procedures. 

    Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

    • Capture and allocate payments daily according to remittances.
    • Export Age Analysis and ensure overdue are collected.
    • Send weekly invoices and recons to customers.
    • Request meeting with customers to resolve POD and short payments.
