Work readiness serves as a foundational programme in the Afrika Tikkun career development journey with young people. It’s a tool used to empower young people with the critical skills needed to prepare them for the working environment. The purpose is to prepare them for and access opportunities for work.
Afrika Tikkun Services in partnership with a YES sponsor in the automotive industry is currently seeking to hire youth between the age of 18 and 34 years with a Matric or tertiary qualification for a 12-month YES Programme.
