    Senior Data Engineer

    What you'll do:

    • Design, implement, and maintain our Data Warehouse, including monitoring, alerting, and incident resolution.
    • Administer tools and systems, ensuring security, access control, and performance.
    • Help software engineering teams understand product performance over time.
    • Partner with the BI team to enable self-service datasets for key business areas.
    • Champion automation through Infrastructure-as-Code and scripting.
    • Uphold data quality, standardisation, documentation, and onboarding best practices
    • Lead the ingestion of new data sources into the warehouse.

    What we're looking for:

    • Solid experience in a Data Engineering role (experience with cloud data platforms preferred).
    • Bonus points if you have experience working in scaling consumer tech business or marketplace.
    • Solid understanding of data modelling, pipelines, and warehousing
    • Hands-on experience with at least some of our stack (Snowflake, dbt, AWS, Airflow, Python, etc.)
    • Strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and a passion for scalable, automated solutions.
    • Enjoy working with internal stakeholders to consistently deliver against key projects and have excellent collaboration and communication skills.
    • As part of our small team, you’ll need a hands-on, can-do attitude. You’re someone who’s self-motivated and knows how to drive results.
    • Able to commute to our offices in Cape Town at least 3 days a week.

    Sales Executive - Storage

    What you'll be doing:

    • Talk to customers all over the UK who need storage solutions and showing them how AnyVan can help
    • Build relationships, upsell, and close deals by making sure customers see the value in what AnyVan offers
    • Manage your leads and hitting your targets for calls, conversions, and revenue every week and month
    • Work with your manager to tweak and improve sales strategies
    • Share customer feedback and market insights to help us improve our services

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • Previous sales B2C phone based sales experience. Exposure selling to the UK market is a bonus.
    • Previous sales experience with the ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone
    • Great active listening skills
    • Resilience and a positive attitude
    • Super organised with an eye for detail
    • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken (english)
    • Strong IT skills was a range of packages (especially G-Suite) and digital services
    • A proactive attitude and a history of getting things done at a fast pace
    • The ability to get to our offices in the CBD and work to our shift patterns
    • We align to UK operating hours and as an international business work to UK time zones, all roles operate on a shift pattern basis around the following in South African Standard Times
