    Warehouse Team Leader

    Responsibilities

    • As Team Leader for Warehousing & Operations, your main responsibility will be to promote a safety culture while cost-effectively connecting logistics operations to our customer needs.
    • You will operate our inventory and secure the supply chain performance and flow in the warehouses currently operating in the region, both Vestas and 3rd party owned.

    Other responsibilities include:

    • Ensure that the warehouse is effective, productive and lean
    • Ensure a safe warehouse for all employees
    • Supervise your direct reports and support them in building efficient teams
    • Support the region's growth and warehouse footprint changes
    • Coordinate and support strategic and operational improvement projects

    Qualifications

    • University degree (business, logistics, supply chain management, operations management or similar)
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a leading role within warehousing, logistics or supply chain activities
    • Fluency in English, both spoken and written

    Competencies

    • Solid and proven leadership skills
    • Analytical skills, good overview and the ability to coordinate optimization and changes (e.g. data modelling)
    • Solid communication skills
    • Experience in working cross borders and in a matrix organization
    • A flexible approach to your work and the ability to handle many tasks at the same time in a progressive environment
    • IT capabilities and knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and ERP systems

    Contract Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Drafting and organizing contractual notices, project extension of time event, liquidated damages, ensuring a clear contract overview vs customers and within the project strategy and business constraints
    • Support the project manager on the claim preparation and negotiations
    • Create solutions in accordance with customers' specifications, contracts, laws, regulations, and needs, for the customer and vestas
    • Follow-up internal approvals & compliance documentation
    • Reporting, analysis and evaluation of project outcomes/results to optimize cost and profitability of Vestas’ projects
    • Improve/provide contractual feedback to different stakeholders/management within a developing strategy

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in law is desirable, but other careers are also considered
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management or a similar position
    • Advanced level of English is required. French or Spanish would be desirable

    Competencies

    • Skills in business understanding and information/data analysis
    • Good organization and interpersonal skills
    • Solid verbal and written communication skills
    • Capacity to prioritize multiple projects
    • Good communication and negotiation capabilities
