    Registered Nurse (Community Mental Health)

    Job description

    As part of a multidisciplinary team, provide nursing services for people experiencing mental health problems ensuring high quality recovery oriented, person centred care in accordance with the relevant legislation, National Mental Health Standards, organisational policies and procedures and professional standards of practice.

    • Current registration or eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse (List A) with AHPRA.
    • Experience and/or knowledge in mental health nursing practice in a range of clinical settings.
    • Demonstrated commitment to providing contemporary, evidence based, recovery oriented care to people with mental health issues and their carers.
    • Knowledge and experience in planning, applying and evaluating nursing interventions in a mental health setting.
    • Experience and commitment to working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communications skills.
    • Demonstrated effective skills in the use of computers.
    • Current Drivers Licence (NSW eligibility).

    Clinical Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist in Training

    Job description

    Provide high quality consumer-focused evidence based psychological assessment, diagnosis and treatment to improve the mental health outcomes of children and adolescents referred to CAMHS, and their carers, together with the provision of supervision, consultation and clinical leadership.

    Manning Child & Adolencent Mental Health Service provides high quality consumer-focused evidence based psychological assessment, diagnosis and treatment to improve the mental health outcomes of children and adolescents referred to CAMHS, and their carers, together with the provision of supervision, consultation and clinical leadership.

    Fully registered with Psychology Board of Australia (or eligible for same) with Masters degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or some other recognised clinical area in psychology that the employer deems relevant to the functions of the position. Provisional registration would be considered if undertaking post-graduate studies in clinical psychology.

    • Experience in mental health and child and adolescent health.
    • Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Computer literacy.
    • Current Drivers Licence (NSW eligibility).
