    Contractor Logistics Inventory Control

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Overall Inventory Management
    • Manage dealer back-order aging
    • Maintain supplier stock months
    • Manage forecast performance
    • Manage ETD Accuracy
    • Daily action file distribution and communication to other departments.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • NQF Level 6: (360 credits - level 8 framework) Supply Chain Management; Finance Management; Industrial Engineering; Logistics Management or similar
    • Minimum 3 years working experience in Procurement/ Purchasing/ Inventory Control/ Inventory Management roles, working in a team and influencing others
    • Project Management experience
    • Automotive industry experience would be an advantage
    • Good communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
    • PC Literacy (MS Office Packages)
    • SAP R3 and G-Topas system application

    Senior Assessor Technical Warranty

    KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • A vacancy reporting to the Technical Warranty Manager exists in the Technical Services department which forms part of the Technical Departments.
    • This position is responsible for technical evaluation of warranty claims data in line with the Warranty Policies and Procedures from TMC, HINO, TSAM, QAD and LOCAL SUPPLIER agreements inside the company objectives of time, quantity, quality, costs and targets.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Warranty claims adjudication and processing within time, quality, cost and quantity criteria
    • Warranty claims re-processing within policy and procedure criteria to recover costs
    • Assure warranty claims data accuracy by assessment of warranty codes and the technical validity of the claims
    • Scrutinize major component repair quotes
    • Warranty administration, applying TMC, TSAM and HINO policies and procedures
    • Management and daily production reporting
    • Early detection warning to Technical of safety critical type failures
    • Warranty Help desk, advice and assistance to all customers

    QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Minimum 2 Years dealership warranty administration experience
    • NQF 5 (240 credits – level 8 framework) relevant qualification or + N5 or S4
    • Automotive Trade Test Diploma (Technical Diploma) – Qualified Technician
    • Working experience as a qualified automotive technician
    • Service Advisor or Foreman experience
    • Administration experience
    • Toyota/Dealer/Supplier interaction
    • Computer Literacy including literacy in MS Office and Outlook

    Desig Artisan Maint Toolmaker

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Stable production- ensure minimal downtime to plant.
    • Maintain and improve Safety, Health, and Environment Standards
    • Legal compliance checks and improvements
    • Tool and Die repairs.
    • Toyota Production System Adherence
    • Preventative Maintenance (Welding Jig & fixture TPM’s)
    • Control Time and attendance.
    • Identify and implement Jig improvements (Kaizen)
    • Must be prepared to work shifts, overtime, and standby duties as and when is required.
    • Participate in project development, Kaizen, and cost reduction activities.
    • Support with in-house machine maintenance.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • N3+ Trade test – Tool, jig & Die Maker.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing environment.
    • Experience with Press Tooling will be an added advantage.
    • Must be Computer literate.
    • Able to read Engineering / CAD drawings proficiently.
    • Must have a working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
    • Conventional Milling and Turning & Fabrication experience.
    • CNC machining will be an added advantage.
    • Jigs & Fixtures maintenance knowledge.
    • Basic knowledge of Jig Accuracy Principals.
