    Mobilift Operators - 2 positions

    Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: 

    • Grade 12. 
    • Certified competent as a Mobilift Operator and or Forklift driver. 
    • Valid EB Driver’s License. 

     
    Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: 

    • At least 1 years’ experience as a forklift or mobilift driver within mining and construction environment. 

     
    The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to: 

    • Daily inspection and completion of equipment checklist before the commencement of work 
    • Load and unload bundles from trucks and move containers to storage bins. 
    • Safety and Packing 
    • Organising the storeroom 
    • Loading and Unloading Delivery Vehicles 
    • General adhoc tasks

    Storeman - 2 positions

    Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: 

    • Grade 12 
    • Drivers Licence 
    • Basic math and recording abilities. 
    • MS Office intermediate 

    Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: 

    • 2 years related experience. 
    • Excellent organizational skills 

    The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to: 

    • Liaise with procurement staff to list expected deliveries. 
    • Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt. 
    • Unload packages from incoming trucks. 
    • Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged. 
    • Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price) 
    • Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified. 
    • Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements. 
    • Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place.

    Buyer Assistant - 2 positions

    Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: 

    • Grade 12 
    • Degree or diploma in procurement or equivalent qualification in related field. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 

    Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: 

    • 2 years relevant experience in procurement department. 
    • Experience within the Mining industry will be advantageous. 
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 
    • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure. 

    The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to: 

    • identify and evaluate potential suppliers, establish, and maintain supplier relationships, and implement effective sourcing strategies. 
    • ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with budgetary constraints. 
    • Generate and process purchase orders for required goods and services. 
    • Expedite, Monitor and track order status to ensure timely execution. 
    • Manage and execute procurement processes at the project site, including raising purchase requisitions, obtaining quotes, and issuing purchase orders. 
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

    Driver - Mokopane - 2 positions

    Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: 

    • Grade 12 
    • Code 14 Drivers Licence with PDP 
    • Defensive driving certificate would be advantageous. 
    • Be honest and show integrity Sober habits Clear criminal record 

    Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: 

    • 3 years driving and delivery experience. 

    The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to: 

    • Drives vehicles following Company standard operating procedures and adhering to National Road Safety Codes to safe-guard passengers and goods being transported ensuring continued serviceability of the vehicle(s). 
    • Checking parcels together with supervisor before loading into the vehicle always adhere to the New Dispatch Loading procedure. 
    • Delivering the parcels to the customers on your designated route as per route schedule and trip sheet. 
    • Conducts mandatory pre-start checks on the vehicles before using them and records any defects noticed. 
    • Replenishes fluid levels and tyre pressure as and when needed. Brings to the attention of supervisor any major faults. 
    • Cleans vehicle as and when necessary. 
    • Undertakes national trips as instructed. 
    • Prepares vehicle for trips outside of the mine property as required. Obtains relevant documentation for the vehicle.

    Mechanical Foreman - Mokopane - 2 positions

    Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: 

    • N4 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is advantageous. 
    • Qualified Mechanical Artisan with Trade Certificate in either: Boilermaking, Fitter and Turner or Millwright from recognized/accredited institution. 
    • Valid code EB 8 driver’s license. 

    Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: 

    • 10 years' mining experience with 5 years artisan experience 
    • Experience in Crushers, Mills, Larox Filter, Compressors, Pumps Flotation cells is advantageous. 

    The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to: 

    • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans. 
    • Allocate general and daily responsibilities. 
    • Supervise the use of machinery and equipment. 
    • Resolve problems when they arise. 
    • Communicate with supervisors to inform on maintenance activities and availability of equipment. 
    • Ensure the execution of scheduled and non-scheduled Mechanical repairs and installation work as required. 
    • Co-ordinate maintenance as well as statutory inspections and audits by internal and external service providers. 
    • Administrative duties to ensure record accuracy, spares availability within budget. 
    • Supervise and inspect team members daily activities, offer coaching and on the job training to ensure maintenance according to organizational standards.
