    System Engineer

    About The Role

    • Join our team as a key contributor to our Service Management product portfolio, where you will work primarily with a low-code/no-code platform to design, develop, and maintain solutions that support both internal operations and client-facing services. You will manage and enhance our Enterprise Service management system, build custom modules and user interfaces, and develop integrations with enterprise applications using web services and scripting. The role also involves maintaining infrastructure health through monitoring and observability, overseeing data quality and database maintenance across on-premise and cloud environments, and working with a diverse technology stack including (but not limited to) SQL, Instana, Playwright, Microsoft Visual Studio, Github and Postman

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Leading integration efforts using XML/XSLT transformations, C#, JavaScript, JSON, REST/SOAP, and web scripting. 
    • Developing and maintaining integration processes. 
    • Develop complex scripts to automate tasks and processes, lead optimization efforts for existing scripts and processes. 
    • Provide mentoring and coaching on automation and scripting, assist with defining and implementing automation and scripting standards and best practice guidance. 
    • Managing code repositories and version control via GitHub. 
    • Collaborating with Systems Analysts to support service management workflows and database structures. 
    • Participating in solution design, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. 
    • Ensuring system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and optimisation. 
    • Perform expert-level checks of logs and system performance

    What We Are Looking For

    • Proven 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, with strong coding and integration skills. 
    • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, SQL, JSON and REST/SOAP services. 
    • Exposure to GitHub and version control best practices. 
    • Solid understanding of relational databases and workflow engines. 
    • Experience with XML/XSLT and integration processes. 
    • Exposure to Service Management Solutions - Ivanti ITSM, ServiceNow, Fresh. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    SAP Functional Consultant EC Time Management

    About The Role

    • We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Time Management to join our HR Technology team. This role is critical in ensuring we maintain, enhance, and stabilise our HR platform as we transition key responsibilities in-house.
    • You will take ownership of SuccessFactors EC and Time modules, provide configuration expertise, resolve time-related issues, and support continuous improvement across our HR processes.

    What You Will Do

    • Manage and maintain SuccessFactors Employee Central, including job information, org structure, workflows, and employment lifecycle data.
    • Own and enhance SuccessFactors Time Management, including time off, time sheets, overtime configuration, rules, and validations.
    • Analyse and resolve time-related issues identified by the business analyst team.
    • Drive smooth system operations and ensure time processes are stabilised by the targeted timelines.
    • Work cross-functionally with HR, payroll, and technical teams to ensure a seamless HR experience.
    • Support testing, troubleshooting, and configuration adjustments as needed.

    Experience Required

    • 5+ years hands-on SuccessFactors consulting experience.
    • Strong skills in SuccessFactors Time Management (priority requirement
    • Solid experience with Employee Central (EC)
    • Ability to configure EC and Time modules end-to-end, including rules, workflows, and data management.
    • Strong data handling skills (e.g., analysing time issues, understanding data models, Excel capability).

    Business Centre Manager

    Purpose Statement

    • To manage the Business Centre in terms of driving a proactive sales and service culture that will retain and grow the Business Centre client base. 
    • Responsible for driving activity, planning and implementing marketing, sales, and support services strategies for the Business Centre

    Experience
    Minimum:

    • Banking experience of at least 5 years, of which 3 years should have been spent in the Business Banking environment.
    • 3 years managerial experience
    • Significant experience in preparing and motivating Credit applications
