    Community Manager

    Overview

    • We’re looking for a Community Manager who is a culture curator, a brand custodian and has a passion for social media, with sound knowledge of digital marketing. You’ll need to have your finger on the pulse of social media platforms, trends and opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Daily monitoring and community management of multiple social media accounts.
    • Experience in Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
    • Building of content calendars and scheduling of content in line with social media best practice.
    • Accurately engaging with social media queries or comments across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) in line with brand tone and guidelines.
    • Scheduling social media posts accurately and timeously in line with content calendar.
    • Building content calendars in line with social media best practice.
    • Monitoring and measuring the impact of content, and analyzing, reviewing and contributing to the delivery of Social Media reports.
    • Working with the social media and account management teams to support any agency and client requirements through administrative, community management and research tasks.
    • Reading and understanding Content Strategy Documents, giving input where you feel you can add value.
    • Coordinating and executing social media competition and prize draws, working closely with the account management and production teams.
    • Creation and management of effective crisis management communication.
    • Social media live event coverage which includes but not limited to copywriting and editing deliverables. (During and after work hours in line with Covid regulations)
    • Looking out for and assessing opportunities to engage the brand’s followers at the next level.
    • Immersing yourself in local and international news, always on the lookout for opportunities to be tactical.

    Qualifications

    • The successful new candidate will be passionate about the advertising and communications industry, highly motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    We’re looking for a talented Community Manager with impressive work experience, which typically includes:

    • Minimum 2 - 3 years Community Management experience (Brand/Digital brands)
    • Qualification in Digital Marketing is advantageous
    • Experience in the Advertising Agency environment will be a definite advantage.

    Junior UX/UI Designer

    Overview

    • At Digitas, we create connected experiences that transform brands and drive growth. As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you’ll help craft intuitive, visually compelling digital solutions for globally recognized clients. This role blends user experience design and interface design, giving you exposure to research, prototyping, and visual design execution. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and occasionally work directly with client teams - onsite when needed - to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
    • Translate insights into sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
    • Apply user-centered design principles to create seamless experiences across devices.
    • Iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
    • Design visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
    • Maintain brand consistency while introducing innovative design solutions.
    • Create UI components (buttons, menus, widgets) and responsive layouts.
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
    • Work closely with other designers, developers, and strategists to deliver cohesive solutions.
    • Present concepts and design rationale to internal teams and clients.
    • Demonstrate comfort and confidence when engaging directly with client teams, including occasional onsite visits to build trust and alignment.

    Qualifications

    • Degree or diploma in Design, Digital Media, or related field.
    • A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in UX/UI design (internships count).
    • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Loveable, InVision, Principle, Proto.io).
    • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
    • Ability to document, rationalize and present your thinking.
    • A keen interest in /working knowledge of Generative Ai and its potential.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (advantageous)

    • Deliver high-quality design work aligned with project timelines.
    • Participate in at least one user research initiative per quarter.
    • Maintain responsiveness and adaptability across multiple projects.
    • Demonstrate proactive engagement with client teams when required.
