    Key Accounts Lead - On Premise

    Job Description

    • This role is responsible for the overall success and growth in the relevant channel (namely Petroleum, On Premise, Liquor or Grocery).
    • Ensure the optimal implementation of the relevant Channel Business Plan through engagement with Customers and Facilitating with the marketing and sales teams. 
    • Co-create and monitor the relevant channel business plan in collaboration with KO system
    • Manage Customer/third party
    • Promotional implementation/execution 
    • Manage the relevant channel and brand net revenue performance while optimising market share growth
    • Financial Management
    • SHEQ Responsibilities 

    Skills, Experience & Education

    • Minimum of National Diploma (NQF6) preferably in Sales, Marketing or Business
    • Bachelors Degree advantageous 
    • 5 years FMCG experience in a Sales Management and Marketing environment
    • 2 years Key Accounts development experience advantageous 
    • 2 years Management Experience 
    • MS Office proficiency
    • ERP Systems experience (preferably SAP)
    • Valid Drivers Licence

    Unit Manager -(1164)

    Job Description

    • This job currently reports directly into a Senior Leader and involves the complete management of a production/ engineering unit in Manufacturing, including financial, HR, quality, technical and operational aspects in line with world class manufacturing practices.
    • Manage the Unit under the guidance of KORE requirements in an optimal manner by employing world class manufacturing practices. 
    • Manage and support the unit to achieve World Class Manufacturing standards
    • Manage the technical and TCCMS compliance for a unit
    • Lead and Manage HR 
    • Financial Management
    • Participate in and report on equipment and technical trials/ initiatives
    • Develop suppliers and internal customers

    SHEQ Responsibilities

    Skills, Experience & Education

    • Minimum of a 3 year National Diploma (NQF6) in Production Management / related field (B.Sc, B.Com/B.Tech)
    • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing role within a FMCG environment, preferably beverage industry
    • Financial Management and Management experience advantageous 
    • MS Office proficient
    • Working Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP advantageous
