    Manager - Sales Account Management

    Overview:

    About the role

    As Retail Account Lead you will:

    • Engage with cross functional teams to manage activity grids and Support.
    • Manage Key Accounts team to achieve Key Financial KPI’s.
    • Manage Field Ops team to achieve Forward share target, FOCO execution and regional Sales Targets.
    • Work with Sales OPS team, to Build and manage Joint Business plans and customer strategy.
    • Build a performance driven team, that work towards achieving company KPI’s.
    • Manage PNL/Financial objectives based on budgets.

    You will report to the Sales Director, and you will manage 5 people

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage Retail Accounts Team (Spar and Pick n Pay), to Deliver:
    • Sales in/Sales out, Profitability, Gross to Net( Trade Spend).
    • Manage National Field Ops team
    • Manage Regional Team in order to execute score card (forward share, regional sales targets, execution of FOCO activity and driving distribution

    Experience you’ll bring:

    • 5yrs plus experience in Managing National Retail Key Accounts.
    • 3 to 5yrs Experience in Direct Team Management and managing National/Regional Teams.
    • Experience in Negotiating National Trading Terms and Managing National/Regional Grids.
    • A Solid History of Managing Sales in/Sales Out, Driving Distribution and achieve Financial KPI’s.

    Behaviors you’ll need:

    • Field Operations and Agents Management experience will be an advantage.
    • Background of having Good Trade Relationships and a Strong history of Customer Relationships within FMCG.
    • Ability to Build Joint Business Plans, by working with cross functional Teams and able to Execute/Track it with customer.

    Mechanical Millwright

    Overview:

    • To improve equipment efficiency to achieve planned production targets, training operations personnel, and proactively improving the reliability of equipment. This position will report into the Maintenance Foreman

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring machine up time as per required standard.
    • Machine repairs to resolve root cause.
    • Production support when it comes to machine up time and availability.
    • Regular machine inspection and fault finding.
    • Determining of faults that may give rise to break downs.
    • Safe work practices.
    • Quality, ensuring good quality products is produced.
    • Personal Ownership for Production Efficiencies.
    • Machine services done with speed and to high standard of workmanship.

    Experience you’ll bring:

    • Min. 5 years Fitter experience in an FMCG environment
    • Sound knowledge of date coding machines.
    • Lean manufacturing principles
    • Pneumatical fault finding.
    • Read and understand Mechanical and Pneumatical drawings and diagrams.
    • Sound knowledge of Diaphragm pumps.
    • Knowledge of Steam boilers and general plant repairs and Pipe fitting.
    • Workshop experience – Lathes and Machine tools.
    • Tig and Arch welding
    • Safe work procedures and rules

    Global Graduate - Sales

    Overview

    • The purpose of this role is to rotate within the marketing and sales department to gain enough experience to be absorbed within the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • In this position you will have hands on experience working within our sales team. You will have exposure to the following key areas; Business Analytics, Executing Promotional Strategy, Retailer NPD process and General Account Management.
    • Supporting Promotional Strategy both internally and externally from forecasting to retailer promotional forms.
    • Working closely with Marketing and Category Management to recommend new ranges to the retailer and submit the retailer forms in the New Line process.
    • Gathering, interpreting and sharing insights on promotional activity and NPD listed within the accounts.
    • Collating and preparing data, presentations, materials needed for meetings with Buyers and Top-2-Top meetings.
    • Working alongside customer marketing in the organisation and preparation of brand days.
    • Supporting the account manager within the internal planning process with forecasting, financial promotional planning and financial accrual process.

    Experience you’ll bring:
