    Field Marketing Coordinator - JHB

    Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    Commission Calculations

    • Process, interpret and analyse monthly commission calculations for all independent contractors (ICs)
    • Process, interpret and analyse monthly over rider and allowance calculationsResolve IC commission queries

    Administrative Support

    • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks

    Research and Analysis

    • Conduct research and compile data as needed

    Client Interaction

    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Field Marketing teams and other senior stakeholders

    Data Management

    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

    Meeting Coordination

    Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

    Requirements

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS

    Education

    • Must have Matric (Grade 12) or Equivalent.
    • Financial Diploma / Degree or related field

    Experience 

    • At least 5 year’s relevant working experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, operations, sales support or finance.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems

    Senior Claims Handler

    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The purpose of this position is to ensure that claims are processed in terms of the policies and procedures of the Company and that payments to attorneys are duly authorised and effected in accordance with standards established by the Company and the Scorpion Legal Protection Policy Document. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    Application of Legal Principles

    • Assessing merits on matters and applying legal principles in line with policy

    Drafting & attending to Correspondence

    • Attending to drafting and responding to correspondence on behalf of clients

    Reporting and Quality Assurance

    • Daily & weekly file audits and quality assurance of legal work in branch

    Liaison with Attorneys and Clients

    • Attend to obtaining advice and instructions, authorising claims

    Liaison with Clients and Staff

    • Dealing with and minimising complaints/conflict between staff and clients

    Requirements

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS

    Education

    • Must have Matric (Grade 12); and
    • Must have completed legal degree (LLB or B Proc, B Juris, BLC or B Com/BA Law)
    • Admitted Attorney (essential)

    Experience

    • At least 3-4 year’s legal practice experience, completion of SLADP would be advantageous.
    • Knowledge and Experience in Civil Law essential
    • Knowledge and experience in Court proceduresOther
    • Must be computer literate; specifically, MS Word, Excel and Outlook

    Field Sales Manager - East London

    Duties/ Responsibilities

    • Grow Scorpion sales in government and private companies, focusing on those that allow salary deductions. This entails appointment setting, worksite marketing, and other related activities.
    • Manage the company vehicle to transport Independent Contractors and deliver Scorpion equipment for Stop Order marketing.
    • Ensure sales teams meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets monthly
    • Drive recruitment, training, and support to keep 90% of Independent Contractors monthly, ensuring a strong sales team.
    • Ensure Independent Contractors follow all rules in the FAIS and other business requirements promoting TCF principles.
    • Forster a culture of treating customers fairly, ensuring that all ethical, and in the best interests of the customers.

    • Relevant Sales and/ or Marketing Management, qualifications will be an advantage

    Legal Counsellor

    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The purpose of this position is to provide Members with professional telephonic legal advice and assistance. Must be able to offer paralegal solutions to common problems within the Company’s set parameters and the Membership Agreement.
    • Must be able to provide legal advice to Members on general matters including non- complex labour, civil, criminal, and administrative disputes in a Call Centre environment.

    Call attendance

    • Provide telephonic legal advice and assistance to Members

    Paralegal Claims Handling

    • Administration of claims according to prescribed procedures and resolution of legal claims

    General Administration

    • Attend to general administrative tasks associated with legal matters

    Providing Feedback to clients

    • Ensuring that clients receive regular updates and feedback
