    Educator (JHB Campus)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Teach five modules per term, within the Management and Leadership Faculty.
    • Manage a portfolio of modules within the Management and Leadership Faculty, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students.
    • Oversee part-time educators across campuses, who teach related modules within the faculty to maintain consistency in delivery and assessment.
    • Provide general academic support to on-campus part-time educators.
    • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in curriculum design, assessment development, and educational content creation.
    • Actively contribute to SACAP’s Research and Ethics Committee, including reviewing Honours and Masters research proposals.
    • Engage in strategic collaboration with the Head of Campus and Teaching & Learning leadership team to foster an innovative and supportive academic environment.
    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of campus culture amongst part-time educators.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology or related field.
    • HPCSA registration as an Industrial Psychologist is preferred.
    • At least 3 years of teaching experience in higher education, with a strong understanding of the South African educational landscape and advancements in artificial intelligence.
    • Proficiency in curriculum development, academic writing, and digital learning technologies.

    Educator (Online Campus)

    Academic Programme Developer

    • The Academic Programme Developer (APD) forms a part of the Institutional Academic Team and is accountable to the Senior Academic Programme Developer for the amendment and development of modules and related activities in the academic programmes, inclusive of qualifications, short courses and micro credentials, to ensure they continually embody high levels of academic quality and rigor as guided by the Senior Academic Programme Developer.
    • The Academic Programme Developer will report to the Senior Academic Programme Developer. The APD role will directly support the role and function of the Senior Academic Programme Developer and the Head of Faculty.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • A minimum of an Honours in psychology or relevant Master's degree in psychology
    • Relevant work experience in module/curriculum development.
    • A strong research background.
