    Data Analyst - Call Centre Debt Collection

    • A dynamic call centre is looking for a Data Analyst to support its collections team through data-driven insights and performance tracking. This is a key role for someone with strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a practical understanding of collections or call centre environments.
    • You’ll be responsible for analysing debtor behaviour, monitoring agent performance, segmenting campaigns, and advising on strategy based on trends and risk. Your work will directly support improvements in recovery rates and operational efficiency.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics or related field
    • 2–3 years’ experience in data analysis, preferably in a call centre or collections environment
    • Proficient in R, Python, and working with large datasets
    • Experience with: Excalibur dialler systems, SAP, Solar, Moonsoft, Sage (advantageous)
    • Strong skills in reporting, MIS, and data validation
    • Ability to clean, manage, and analyse data from multiple sources
    • Attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication skills

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Analyse debtor behaviour, payment trends, and portfolio performance
    • Monitor and report on key call centre metrics (e.g., contact rate, conversion, agent performance)
    • Create and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
    • Segment databases and support campaign setup and targeting
    • Improve data quality through cleansing and validation
    • Support managers with insights and predictive models to improve collections
    • Collaborate with teams to test new strategies and monitor impact
    • Provide dashboards and visualisations for management use

    Senior Technical Consultant (Full Stack)

    • Seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to design, build, integrate, and implement enterprise-level ERP, CRM, and Integrated Workplace Management systems (such as Oracle, SAP, and IBM). This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role suited to a senior technical professional who can work independently, own complex implementations, and support global customers across the full solution lifecycle, including integrations, customisations, secure installations, and upgrades.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • BSc in Computer Science / Information Technology/ BCom Informatics/ BEng (Computer / Software / Systems Engineering)/ BSc Information Systems
    • 5 years’ experience in a technical consulting or solution delivery role
    • Experience in a professional services / client-facing environment
    • Strong experience working with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, IWMS or similar)
    • Strong API and file-based integration experience
    • Strong development experience using Java, SQL, and JavaScript
    • Experience with system architecture, installations, and configurations (cloud and on-premises)
    • Experience with authentication, access control, and SSO solutions
    • Comfortable working independently and owning delivery outcomes
    • Strong stakeholder and client communication skills
    • Comfortable working in a billable consulting environment
    • Willingness to work flexible hours for global delivery

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Design, build, and maintain system integrations (REST APIs and file-based)
    • Implement and configure ERP, CRM, and IWMS platforms
    • Install and configure cloud-based and on-premises environments
    • Customise enterprise platforms using Java and related technologies
    • Implement secure authentication and SSO solutions
    • Produce technical design and solution documentation
    • Support upgrades, enhancements, and post-go-live technical needs
    • Work closely with functional consultants and project managers
    • Provide regular progress updates and delivery reporting
    • Identify technical risks and escalate where needed
    • Own technical quality and delivery outcomes
    • Support global client implementations
