    Head of Supply Chain - Western Cape

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the sourcing process: MRP, purchase orders processing, IC APO updates, inbound logistics including container planning and stock cover;
    • Manage the warehouse operations in terms of storage capacity, status of the warehouse (temperature, cleaning, racking), organization and procedures;
    • Manage stock in the warehouse in terms of accuracy of the stock figures, assessment of damaged/short dated stock, pallet control and reconciliation, stock reconciliation, stock takes, organization and procedures;
    • Manage and control all warehouse/Lindt system stock transactions to ensure order to cash process is aligned to stock holding;
    • Manage all stock locations to ensure returns, damages, packaging etc. are accurately controlled;
    • Manage the outbound logistics performance of the distribution network (deliveries on time/in full and POD turnaround), organization and procedures, picking accuracy, month-end activities, keeping the logistics cost within the approved budget, identify cost saving opportunities, continuous improvement of the logistics processes and procedures, implementation of internal control procedures).
    • Manage stock control at own retail stores, including implementation of best practices to accurately maintain stock levels and control changes in inventory
    • Collaborate with marketing teams on new product launches
    • Collaborate with finance to help understand drivers of variances
    • Responsible for implementing and maintaining quality procedures

    Skills & Knowledge

    • Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
    • Strong Excel skills, SAP experience considered to be a distinctive advantage;
    • Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics and warehousing processes within a multinational FMCG environment; and
    • Knowledge of EDI requirements.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years in a supply chain manager role
    • Tertiary Education degree;

    Supply Chain Lead – ERP Transformation

    Key Responsibilities

    Template phase:

    • Based on BPO direction and guidance, ensure the local process champions support in the design of S/4 and IBP template based on global standards, respectively co-defines the business blueprint.
    • Specialization as PC in all Supply Chain processes
    • If required, support in S/4HANA and IBP design workshops by bringing local process expertise, addressing pain points and complexities and support functional business and technical requirements (for system build of the designed template)
    • Carries ownership of local design-related template responsibilities for global S/4HANA and IBP design / business blueprint
    • Ensures other supply chain local process champions carry out their project tasks, reviews the output of their work and provides feedback for improvement or correction when needed

    Deployment phase:

    • Drive template deployment (localization) in the respective site or country, conduct Fit-to-Template assessments jointly with GMs and BPOs to validate the global template fit in line with the local environment
    • Be informed regarding the system-testing on designed in-scope processes, and understand the test approach and the results. Action on any gap items
    • Be involved in and oversee the cut-over process towards the end of deployment phase, and take any actions as needed
    • Maintain a cross-functional and cross-country lens as the template is being deployed, refined and finalized, and align major functional scoping or process design topics with functions/operating units
    • Ensures other Supply chain local process champions carry out their project tasks, reviews the output of their work and provides feedback for improvement or correction when needed
    • Steady state (after project go-live):
    • Maintains efficient and effective to-be processes through cooperation with the IT CoE and SAP Delivery Center, as well as the local stakeholders and GMs
    • Be involved in the localized impact of system-testing on designed in-scope processes and understand the test approach and results. Assist with actioning any gap items.
    • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and scope enhancements as part of group-wide harmonization, standardization, digitalization efforts
    • Oversee and coordinate hyper care activities and pro-actively manage defect resolution after obtaining the approval from the local GM

    Working relationships

    • This role requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders in the ERP transformation program:
    • Central project team:  Counterpart Business Process Owner, Counterpart IT specialist
    • Local SAP project manager, IT and Business leads, Other Process Champions

    Skills & Knowledge

    • Intermediate knowledge in SAP required
    • Technical SAP and functional area expertise
    • Process experience is an advantage
    • Methodical and structured approach to tasks
    • Collaborative team player

    • Self-driven

    Business Analyst - ERP transformation

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as a business partner to the various core teams within the ERP rollout, including Business & Finance; Supply chain and IT
    • Support business needs of the ERP transformation across various core functions.
    • Localization and execution of global requirements and changes in accordance with the local Change manager.
    • Process mapping assessment of new templates to identify gaps prior to deployment.
    • Assess the accuracy and relevance of master data within SAP as part of the overall master data cleansing process, make recommendations and take actions.
    • Work the Master data teams on data migration requirements.
    • Partner with local BPO on conducting testing of the new template as part of the UAT process.
    • Support in the Go-live and post implementation process
    • Assist the Head of Commercial finance with ad-hoc tasks resulting from the project.

    Requirements

    • Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience
    • Intermediate knowledge in SAP required
