    CRM Specialist

    Key responsibilities:

    (The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role)

    • Liaising closely with the editorial team
    • Ownership of the calendar and running of content campaigns across different platforms
    • Planning, creating and optimising content & campaigns that will be used to drive subscriber acquisition and loyalty.
    • Brainstorming marketing campaigns
    • Segmenting audiences and targeting them with context-specific campaigns and messaging
    • Giving input into creative copy and design for display campaigns
    • Keeping a forward-looking view of the upcoming campaigns and create emails, content and blurbs that will be used across all marketing channels.
    • UX and UI screens
    • Reporting on campaign performance and optimising for improvement
    • Understanding and mastering the voice of the brand in communication

    • Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications; Braze experience is highly advantageous.

    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    (The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role)

    • Build strategic working relationships with clients and maintain a high level of client contact (telephonic / face to face) to ensure that their specific requirements are addressed, in order to monitor and grow existing business
    • Identify, generate and implement new business opportunities on an ongoing basis in order to achieve predetermined targets, actively promoting up-selling possibilities to own portfolio of clients
    • Business and commercial model design
    • Intelligence gathering on customers and competitors
    • Formal proposal and presentation management and writing
    • Provide professional and exceptional client service in all interactions with clients
    • Implement and co-ordinate client related project plans

    Shipping Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities

    (The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role)

    • Ensure POs are transmitted and are placed with the suppliers on time and without errors.
    • In constant communication with our principals, freight forwarders and the receiving team confirming ETA’s.
    • Provide regular updates to the sales and receiving teams.
    • To coordinate shipments and ensure that the correct mode of transport is utilized.
    • To check the purchase order confirmations received and update daily schedule.
    • Handover of confirmed orders for filing.
    • To provide monthly SARS MRNs to the finance department.
    • Respond to and resolve queries from suppliers/sales within 24 hours or receipt
    • Update internal stakeholders on progress or status of shipments.

    Skills, competencies, qualifications, and experience

    (The abilities that the individual needs to perform this role effectively)

    • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
    • 2+ years working experience in an administrative role
    • Previous experience in Book master would also be advantageous
    • The ability to foster relations with principals/suppliers and freight agents
    • Previous exposure to a customer service/administrative environment
    • Efficient and deadline driven
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
