    Field Sales Account Executive

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Conduct outbound prospecting to some of the world's largest companies, showcasing Superside's design solutions based on each lead's specific needs and priorities
    • Develop and convert opportunities, leveraging self-sourced leads with support from our Business Development team
    • Effectively articulates Superside's similarities, differences, and superior value proposition to integrated agencies
    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline within our CRM system (Salesforce), managing both fast-moving and slower-moving opportunities, and providing regular sales forecasts
    • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team and Creative Project Managers to identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
    • Manage procurement processes, including RFI/RFQ/RFP, with large corporations
    • Stay updated on competition, competitive issues, and Superside's products and offerings
    • Contribute to the development of the sales team and the overall go-to-market strategy, including sales training and customer care initiatives

    What You’ll Need To Succeed

    • Preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, a Master's degree or above is a plus
    • Over 5 years of field sales experience selling creative services to marketing and creative teams at larger mid-market and enterprise organizations
    • Familiarity with how integrated agencies operate
    • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to drive the sales process and deliver compelling sales pitches
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with comfort in engaging and pitching to executive management
    • Proficiency in building and delivering engaging presentations to customers
    • A genuine interest in design and a passion for shaping "the future of work"
    • Proven ability to work independently, with a self-driven and systematic approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a desire to continuously develop both professional skills and personal qualities

    Business Development Representative

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Establish initial contact with multiple contacts at target accounts using a multichannel approach (phone, email, social & video).
    • Leverage your creativity and critical thinking skills to come up with effective messages and touchpoints to convert account intent signals into a conversation.
    • Qualify target accounts by uncovering customer needs, pain points, and buyer readiness in order to generate sales opportunities.
    • Create opportunities, book meetings, and nurture the relationship to set up our account executive team for success.
    • Leverage a world class sales tech stack to identify, nurture, and convert accounts. Experience with (or deep desire to learn) Salesforce, 6sense, SalesLoft, Vidyard, Sales Navigator is an asset.
    • Be a brand ambassador on social platforms positioning yourself as an expert in the field of marketing and design.

    Our biggest challenges right now

    • We just hit the milestone of $50M ARR and we are hungry for further growth. We plan to get to drive outbound sales activities so it represents 50% of our New Business MRR.

    What You’ll Need To Succeed

    • 2-3 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 1-2 years as a business development representative. Preferred experience from creative agencies and/or SaaS tech companies.
    • A proven top performer in previous sales and/or commercial job with a track record in achieving commercial targets from selling and/or working with enterprise customers.
    • You are a master of outbound selling. You understand the basic fundamentals of what makes an unengaged prospect, a high-value opportunity.
    • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and ability to implement a modern playbook that leverages intent signals and multiple channels (phone, email, social, video, etc.) to convert accounts.
    • Self-confident English communicator, comfortable in speaking with and pitching to executive management on phone, video conference or in writing.
    • Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role.

    Creative Project Manager

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Contribute to account strategy to proactively identify and meet customers’ needs with creative work
    • Identify upgrade, expansion opportunities and churn risk, and take measures to ensure retention
    • Manage 20+ concurrently ongoing high-paced creative projects—from strategy to concept to production— collaborating with numerous customers and creatives
    • Identify, discuss and clarify customers’ objectives and needs. Turn them into creative recommendations and concise creative briefs, present output and discuss feedback
    • Scope, budget, plan, coordinate and execute projects
    • Motivate the creative team to deliver a 10/10 customer experience on every single project

    • 3+ years of experience as a Project/Account/Campaign manager, or Creative producer within a brand or advertising function
    • Excellent understanding of creative communication and how creative content can drive business outcomes
    • Understanding of creative craft with a solid ability to scope and budget
    • Familiarity with the Adobe Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae, Id) and Figma
    • High-level understanding of Digital advertising and social media platforms, or Branding and communications
    • An organized, customer-centric and detail-oriented approach, with an account management mindset
    • Excellent verbal and written English skills required to present ideas and coordinate work in large international groups

    Creative Lead (Generalist)

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Manage the overall creation, workflow and output quality of your projects. Present creative work and direction to customers of a wide range of global brands
    • Provide expertise and leadership in multiple design fields, including Presentation Design, Ad and social creative, Branding, Landing Page design and Print Design
    • Drive and lead creative excellence setting a high standard for visual storytelling, effective communication, and impactful designs
    • Drive strong technical excellence within the design capabilities mentioned above, ensuring consistent quality and innovation across projects
    • Foster a collaborative and iterative design process, encouraging the sharing of ideas and best practices across different design fields especially on Presentation Design
    • Ensure the effective implementation of brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all design deliverables

    What You’ll Need To Succeed

    • BA or higher within Design, Creative, Comms, or similar fields
    • 6+ years of experience as a world-class creative lead in an international top-tier creative agency or in-house design team in a global tech company
    • Strong portfolio of creative work across multiple capabilities, with a focus on Presentation design
    • Excellent presentation and design skills using the Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides & Figma
    • Understanding and direction of the use of Motion within Presentation design to aid in telling compelling stories
    • Excellent understanding of creative interpretation of data visualization and infographics
    • High level of knowledge and craft to provide top-notch design and direction
    • Ability to always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
    • Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset
    • Experience managing creative projects in their entirety
    • Experience leading a high-performing team (Designers, Art Directors, etc)
