- You will be responsible for facilitating learning interventions that support current business needs and align with the learning and development plan, policies, and overall business objectives. This includes the design, content development, and delivery of engaging learning materials and resources to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
What you will love doing in this role
- Content Development & Management
- Design and develop e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, guides, and interactive resources.
- Create clear, concise, and visually engaging content tailored to different learning styles and needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of learning materials.
- Ensure all content adheres to branding, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Amend and review learning programmes and learning materials
- Amend learning programmes that are fit for purpose and meet stakeholder requirements.
- Customize existing learning material for internal training.
- Review feedback from stakeholders regularly and implement their recommendations and suggestions, where relevant.
- Facilitate learning programmes
- Facilitate learning programmes and associated interventions in line with the required programme standards.
- Motivate and inspire learners by using appropriate learning resources.
- Manage groups in line with best practice facilitation principles and in a manner that maximizes the strengths of group learning while recognizing the needs and requirements of individual learners.
- Facilitate Refresher Training as required by the business.
- Training administration
- Ensure that all administration relating to the training programme is completed timeously.
- Submission of monthly training report
- Complete Training Utilization report daily.
- Update Master Training Database weekly.
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of training programmes in line with the approved Training Plan.
- Schedule learning programmes and book training venues.
- Project managing training initiatives and other ad hoc projects
- Assist rolling out and implementing new policies and procedures when required.
- Facilitate any other training and development intervention, either soft skills or technical courses as the business requires, in line with the approved Training Plan.
- Implement and monitor ad-hoc talent development projects as directed by the training manager.
Requirements
What you’ll need to do this role
- Grade 12 or Equivalent
- National Diploma in an HR-related discipline – Advantageous
- 3 – 5 years training/coaching experience
- 1 – 2 years content development / instructional design experience
- Proficiency in e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems
- Computer literate with Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Technical knowledge of operations area processes
- Learning facilitation skills
- Planning and organising skills
- Experience working in a complex, changing, fast-paced environment.

- Ensure showroom processes (inventory, receiving, and frontline) adhere to legal regulations.
- Align showroom merchandise with the current product catalogue.
- Merchandise products according to visual guidelines.
- Manage showroom productivity across all areas to drive sales.
- Develop timely action plans to address and resolve deficiencies.
- Stock Management:
- Ensure efficient stock control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.

- Cash Management:
