• The Junior Quantity Surveyor, under the supervision of the Senior QS's, is responsible for monitoring financial and commercial aspects of contracts and detecting variances in costing with a view to maximising profit within the contract condition parameters. The incumbent safeguards the company's position relative to contractual rights, supports other specialists in the department and monitors sub-contractor productivity. The Junior QS ensures statutory compliance and that company procedures and systems are being adhered to.

Description

• The Student Production is a graduate learner role supporting the Production staff on site and functions as a Junior Foreman with the purpose of learning about construction. The incumbent, under the supervision of the Site Engineer or the Senior Building Foreman, supervises and co-ordinates workers and materials in line with meeting deadlines and target dates. Ensures compliance with safety and quality assurance standards at all times.
