Work Output Description
Ensure that rules / regulations and management specifics pertaining to daily tasks, safe handling of explosives, effective handling of equipment are complied with and reporting or dealing with any breaching thereof.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/Matric or NQF 4 Equivalent
• 1-3 Years experience as TMM Miner
• Blasting Certificate of Competency

Advantageous

• 3 years’ experience in Trackless mining environment
• 3 years' UG mining experience in Development

Work Output Description
Responsible for the day to day operation of the Manitou, for all planning, maintenance, servicing and transportation requirement. Set up, operate and tend to Manitou crane in a safe and effective manner whilst complying with relevant SOP’s and safety procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF4 Equivalent Required
• 1-3 Years Manitou Equipment Operation Experience in a Mining Environment Required

Advantageous

• Trackless Mining Warehouse Experience

• Able to work at heights
• Fundamentals of telescopic handlers rigging and their workings
• Good understanding of preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
• Proven knowledge of road transport requirements
