Job Description
- A Mining house based in Central Africa is looking for an experienced Mine Overseer
Duties:
- Co-ordinate the efforts of a team at Kansoko mine to safely and efficiently extract ore to meet targets. This requires the management of direct reports as well as specialists to achieve Meters and Tons targets as per organisational strategy and objectives
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have a Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency and a Blasting Certificate or equivalent
- A completed diploma/ degree in Mining Engineering is preferred.
- Must have at least 8 years underground mechanised mining experience
- Must have at least 4 years' experience as a Shift Supervisor
