•  Implementation of the Transformation programmes ensuring the programmes are aligned to our B-BBEE objectives
• Advise the beneficiaries and other stakeholders on required deliverables
• Ensuring programme policies and guidelines are properly applied and adhered too
• Co-ordinating transformation programmes initiatives (i.e. workshops, mentorship programmes, info session, networking sessions etc.)
• Communicating with relevant programme beneficiaries, mentors and other stakeholders on required deliverables and other general notices and reminders
• Development and collation of attendance registers, feedback forms, surveys etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

• Relevant diploma/degree

Experience:

• 3 - 5 years in co-ordination and or project management role

Preferred industry:

• Project management or
• Financial Service or
• B-BBEE Development

The investigation of complex fraud matters in regard to home loan applications, cybercrime and other complex special investigations relating to  Business, performing due diligence on applications, quality review of credit applications, constructing cases and compiling documentary evidence to support findings, compiling reports and making recommendations on actions to be taken against perpetrators to safeguard the interest, and using knowledge and experience gained to initiate fraud training and awareness campaigns for Home Loans' zero-tolerance culture towards fraud.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

• Matric
• Relevant 3-year qualification consisting of Forensics; Law or Commerce plus certification as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Preferred: Post Graduate Qualification in Forensics & CFE certification

Minimum Experience:

• 3 to 4 years’ experience in forensics/fraud investigations within a financial sector

Preferred Experience

• 4 years’ experience in home loan fraud investigations, as well as 2 years in cybercrime investigations
