    Procurement Superintendent

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage purchase orders, supplier performance, and existing contracts/agreements.
    • Ensure full compliance with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) processes and Health & Safety regulations.
    • Maintain and update accurate PPE master data across systems, including HR, PPE platforms, and Business Central.
    • Manage departmental records for attendance, training, and Health & Safety compliance.
    • Handle disputes and oversee documentation for forced pallet movements.
    • Place and manage daily pallet orders, track returns and credits, and reconcile invoices against physical stock.
    • Ensure the timely procurement and availability of goods to support operational needs, particularly PPE and CHEP pallets.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • The ideal candidate should have a Matric or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a procurement or planning role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
    • Knowledge of the CHEP pallet system is advantageous.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, graphs) and PowerPoint.
    • Proven experience in contract management and supplier performance evaluation.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
    • Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central (BC), Business Intelligence and Qliksense is essential.
    • A valid Code 8 driver’s license is required.

    Sales Administrator - KZN - Fixed Term Contract

    Areas of Responsibility:

    • Ensuring stock availability.
    • Processing of all sales-related documentation.
    • Communication with customers and service providers.
    • General office administration.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • 2 years' Experience in office administration or logistics.
    • Competence in MS Word and Excel.
    • Previous experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment and ERP system.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving and administrative skills.
    • Able to work independently and perform under pressure.

    Senior Demand Planner

    Key Performance Areas 

    • This individual will be responsible for generating accurate, data-driven forecasts across multiple time horizons and facilitating alignment across commercial and operational teams.
    • The role involves statistical modelling, system management, and active participation in the S&OP cycle—especially through facilitation of Pre-DMR and DMR sessions.
    • The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align forecasts, identify trends, and continuously improve accuracy and responsiveness.
    • This person will play a key role in ensuring the Business meets market needs, while supporting the transition to a new demand planning software and leading change management efforts.

    Knowledge and Skills 

    The ideal candidate will have a degree in Logistics (BCom), Industrial Engineering (B.Eng.), or any related field, along with:  

    • At least 7 years' experience in manufacturing/FMCG environments, with a focus on forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP.   
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a dedicated demand planning or planning manager role.   
    • Proficiency in statistical forecasting methods, and practical experience with systems such as SAP/APO, Oracle, Manugistics/JDA, or Barnton.  
    • Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.  
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional meetings and drive consensus.  
    • Experience in managing demand risks, promotions, new product launches, and product phase-outs.  
    • Familiarity with change management practices and process alignment across business functions.
