    Job Description

    • An exciting opportunity awaits for a Senior Debtors Controller to join a leading and fast-growing company within the Motor Retail industry in Milnerton, CT.
    • This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional/ accountant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple business units. 

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Debtors Controller or in a Credit Manager position, preferably managing group-level debtors rather than single entities.
    • Proficiency in Sage/PastelCDK/Autoline/Kerridge, or similar accounting systems (advantageous).
    • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills - direct interaction with senior management required.
    • Ability to work effectively in a retail-driven, high-pressure environment.
    • Must be comfortable adhering to tight financial month-end deadlines

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and enhance daily group debtors reports across vehicles, parts, workshop, and cash debtors.
    • Identify and resolve finance-related issues impacting debtors reporting from other departments.
    • Create and maintain new accounts receivable accounts.
    • Perform reconciliations for designated areas.
    • Assist with ad hoc finance projects as needed.

    Purpose of the role:

    • The Cyber Security Manager is responsible for evaluating, enhancing, and implementing cyber security controls across the Westfalia Group.
    • The role involves working closely with system owners and IT personnel globally to assess controls against the Westfalia Cyber Security Framework, identify gaps, reduce the organization's cyber risk exposure, and enhance the prevention and detection of security threats.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and implement cyber security controls across global operations
    • Assess existing security frameworks and identify areas for improvement
    • Manage incident response and coordinate investigations for cyber-related incidents
    • Ensure data, system, and user security controls are effectively implemented
    • Oversee vulnerability management, including detection, analysis, and remediation
    • Develop, update, and enforce cyber security policies, standards, and procedures
    • Monitor system performance and generate monthly KPI and audit reports
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with internal and external audits
    • Lead projects focused on global security standardisation and automation
    • Provide training, awareness, and support to teams on cyber best practices
    • Liaise with third-party vendors and manage servicelevel performance

    Education:

    • Microsoft Certifications (advantageous):
    • Azure Fundamentals
    • Azure Security Technologies
    • M365 Security Administrator Associate
    • Cisco, Fortinet, or equivalent certification (advantageous)

    Experience:

    • Minimum 8 years' experience in Cyber Security
    • Minimum 4 years at management level in a Cyber Security role
    • Proven experience with Azure and Azure security tools such as Entra ID, MFA, SSO, Security Centre, and Sentinel
    • Strong understanding of cyber governance, endpoint protection, firewalls, identity and access management, and vulnerability management
    • Experience in developing and implementing security policies and frameworks

    • Initially the position will be based at Head Office in Gauteng SA, then will be based on site in Ghana for roughly 14months (must be open to long periods of travel)
