    SAP Specialist FI-CO - Finance – Information Services & Technology

     Key responsibilities will include:       

    • Providing Tier 2 support for PMC SAP FI and CO Modules and implementing system changes.
    • Participating in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
    • Assist users in User Acceptable Testing (UAT).
    • Assisting in the design and development of a new system functionally in the scope of SAP FI and CO modules.
    • Supporting the enhancement and/or modification of interfaces of the PMC SAP system with other systems, both external and internal (FNB Host-to-host interface, AP Automation, AP Statement Reconciliation, etc.).
    • Undertaking rigorous testing of the new features in SAP FI and CO modules.
    • Drafting training material and conducting training sessions for end-users.
    • Developing Automated Test cases using standard SAP tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and above).

    Cyber Security Specialist - Finance – Information Services & Technology

    Key responsibilities will include:       

    • Providing support for the business infrastructure maintenance.
    • Conducting troubleshooting exercises as to ensure that potential risks are mitigated.
    • Implementing and maintaining security solutions.
    • Next-Gen XDR Anti-Virus Administration and monitoring.
    • Dark Trace Detect and Respond administration, monitoring and email monitoring.
    • Internal Firewall administration and monitoring.
    • Email born threats, blocking of email addresses or domains.
    • Investigating domains and files in a sandbox environment.
    • Management and monitoring of backups.
    • Blocking of malicious web domains.

    • Azure Active Directory administration.
    • Creating and maintaining site documentation (SOPs and guidelines).
    • Conducting project management when required.
    • Researching into innovations in Cyber Security scope.
    • Threat Intelligence and Research.
    • Monthly Security Patching – Server level.
    • Remote Plus Administration.
    • Administration of Mimecast Email Gateway.
    • Conducting POC’s of security related software/hardware.
    • Maintenance of security related firmware. Software and devices.
    • Ability to detect insecure features and malicious activities within our networks and infrastructure.
    • Ability to implement customized application security assessments for client-based asset risk, corpora policy compliance as well as conduct vulnerability assessments.

    Product & Routine Analyst (2 Year FTC)-Business Value Planning – Chemical Laboratory

    Key responsibilities will include:       

    • Carrying out the analysis of routine and non-routine samples from plants.
    • Coordinating and controlling all the sections of the Laboratory, which operate continuously.
    • Coordinating activities of shift staff when required.
    • Using analytical techniques and instrumentation, such as Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS), High Thermal Combustions Instruments (LECO), Titrino for wet chemistry, XRF, manual titrations, Davies Tube, Electrolytic Plating techniques and other instruments as required.
    • Calibrating instruments such as stated above to ensure quality of results produced.
    • Calibration and operation of Spark -OES, ICP and other lab equipment.
    • Standardising and operating all analytical instruments.
    • Operating the Laboratory Information System (LIMS) to ensure accurate entry of results and timely capture of samples.
    • Preparing quality control standards.
    • Ensuring high level of process capability based on QC samples and SPC charts.
    • Be prepared to act as a Shift Chemist.
    • Basic understanding of ISO 17025 requirements.

    Intrinsic Qualities:

    • Understanding of laboratory quality control and quality assurance system.
    • Basic understanding of statistical process control charts.
    • High level understanding of implementation and maintenance of 5Ss system.
    • Diligent, responsible and team player.

    Qualifications & Experience: 

    • National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry / Degree with Chemistry as Major subject preferred.
    • Relevant experience within the Chemical Laboratory activities.
    • Computer literacy (efficient in MS Word and Excel).
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Analytical Laboratory Environment –Wet Chemistry Techniques and Analytical Chemistry Instruments.
