    Snr. Legal Advisor: Product Specialist & Insurance Commercial: Job Grade: 13: SLS: Legal Services

    Core Tasks:

    • To lead and provide strategic legal advice and business support, on complex insurance (including reinsurance), retirement funds and other financial services matters to various business units within the Sanlam Life and Savings and Fintech clusters, enabling sustainable business growth, managing legal risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • The role involves stakeholder engagement, policy influence, and oversight of legal frameworks across the organization.
    • Strategic legal advisory: advise executive leadership on legal implications of strategic business initiatives, product development and market expansion.

    Core Tasks:

    • To provide expert legal advice and support on information technology, data protection, cyber security and digital transformation initiatives within the financial services environment.     What will you do?

    • Responsible for marketing to the senior brokers and key client companies.     Retail Branch Manager- Tembokwezi (Cape Town)

    What will you do?

    • As a branch manager, you will be responsible for growing the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass through developing and overseeing the execution of the retail branch strategy.

    Branch Consultant/Financial Advisor - Port Elizabeth (Pier 14)

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    To promote Sanlam Retail Mass (SRM)’s products and increase market share through:

    • Providing sound financial advice and a high level of client service in a Branch context.
    • Creating opportunities for client optimisation and cross selling of value-added services.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Sales delivery

    • Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of SRM product ranges.
    • Gain an understanding of the customer’s needs, financial goals and means, and provide the right product (or selection of products) that will satisfy the goals of the customer in the best and most affordable way possible.
