    Plant Controlling Graduate

    As a Plant controlling graduate, your main responsibilities are as follow :

    • Assist in ensuring compliance to all financial procedures
    • Execute and control internal finance procedures in accordance with Group procedures and policies
    • Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings) and internal control basics
    • Internal audit of processes and procedures
    • Provide reliable financial / controlling information
    • Preparation of daily KPI dashboard
    • Participate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget, periodic forecast etc.
    • Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and compliance
    • Update information into the ERP System
    • Assist in ensuring reliability of standard costing
    • Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control
    • Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing proper finance information
    • Contribute to the control and management of the plant’s operating cahflow (capex, inventories, overdues)

    Qualifications and position requirements:

    • Education : Finance degree/ diploma
    • Knowledge and experience :
    • Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
    • Solid accounting knowledge
    • Strong teamwork
    • Languages: Good communication skills

    PC&L Improvement Coordinator

    The main missions of the role are:

    • Ensure PC&L methods and tools implementation within a plant
    • Provide plant with PC&L standards: MIFA, Milk run, levelling, Boards, Pull System, 7 Delivery & Inventory Basics…
    • Support management in the implementation of PC&L tools, focusing primarily on 7 inventory basics
    • Provide technical support to other functions when needed
    • Train and coach plant employees when necessary
    • Deploy visual management system in a way to improve reactivity in case of problem (Alert system)
    • Identify and implement best practices
    • Ensure Know-how capitalization and check that standard forms are used
    • Carry out improvement workshops as needed
    • Take the lead on PC&L related tasks/activities for all new programs and ensure successful implementation

    Qualifications and position requirements:

    Minimum education level:  

    • National Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management

    Experience :

    • 2 or more years of experience in production in an industrial environment (automotive preferred)

    Skills and competencies:

    • Skilled problem solver
    • Computer literate
    • Experience in improving internal flows, packaging density and transport optimization

    Toolmaker

    Main Missions:

    • Preventative / Process maintenance.
    • Tooling Improvements.
    • Line, process setups.
    • Reactive maintenance (breakdowns).
    • Manufacture new tooling and spares.
    • Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
    • Qualities we look for in a Toolmaker – i.e. the proven ability to be proficient in:
    • Reading and interpreting blueprints, design schematics, and CAD drawings
    • Measuring and mark out the design for the tool
    • The operation of all workshop machinery such as drills, lathes, grinders, and milling machines
    • Servicing of all moulds/tools
    • Attending machine breakdowns to identify the root cause and solve the problem
    • Assisting with tool & machine maintenance
    • Monitoring tools used to ensure efficient run rates and identify possible improvements
    • Carry out work according to the required quality and standards and be capable of working to fine tolerances
    • Training and maintaining workplace safety standards
    • Good working knowledge and understanding of pneumatics & hydraulics
    • Using precision measurement instruments such as micrometers, gauges, and vernier calipers to check the tool’s dimensions

    Position Requirements

    • Trade Tested Toolmaker (Preferably Red Seal)
    • 5 years relevant experience, automotive experience desirable
    • Tool making experience – jigs and fixtures.
    • English required
