Purpose of Job /Role Intent:

• The Business Mobility Functional Analyst is responsible for enabling aspects of the business into mobile solutions in order to enhance existing business processes
• Ensures that current mobility applications and services are effectively and optimally utilized and exploited within the BU/ Functions for the various functions and departments within that BU/Function to operate effectively and cohesively.
• Acts as the lead interface between the business unit and the IM Manager to ensure that performance and business objectives are met. Identifies mobility opportunities and plans and monitors the definition of business requirements / opportunity statements relating to mobility.
• Facilitates the documentation of mobility requirements and ensures business ownership is in place. Works with Mobility Enterprise- and Solutions architects to ensure provision of quality mobility solutions and sustainable service and alignment with business requirements and business case. Manages embedment of mobility solutions and value into business environment.
• Acts as an advocate and SME for mobility within business. Contributes to research and development of new mobility solutions.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required

• Completed Degree BSc IT / Informatics / B Com Informatics - not negotiable
• A minimum of 4 years total experience of solid Mobile Development Support
• Knowledge of Airwatch Mobile Device Management
• Mobile Device Management experience including Apple, Android-based and Microsoft devices in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of mobility market trends
• Business Analyst experience
• Project management experience
• Experience in App development
• Management of App development

Key accountabilities

• Service Design
• Collect requirement and analyse existing applications/processes. Interpret mobility trends, translate it into strategies and action plans and influence others to achieve results
• Identify opportunties to add value through mobility solutions in consultation with IM Solutions (Build)/IM Services (Run)/core and make proposal to BU
• Evaluate which applications/processes can be enabled for mobility
• Service Transition
• Manage IM mobility solution implementation process from a business point of view (responsible for BD&I including solution embedment training needs and value realisation)
• Plan and prepare
• Oversee the building and testing of the solution
• Contributes to training documentation before QA
• Deploy applications for business use
• Support and Reporting
• Follow up with user community on issue on their side

Purpose of the Job/Role Intent:

• To support the development of pricing and margin optimisation methodologies to increase customer and product margins. To analyse product and pricing data, prepare reports and make recommendations supporting strategic & tactical decisions.
• To contribute towards and enable the administrative support and office management efficiency and compliance of the BU to team members and customers. Ensure effective functionality of the FMS and SAP systems to support business.

Minimum qualifications and experience required:

• Completed Bachelor Degree in Finance
• Honours will be an advantage
• Minimum 7 year relevant experience

• Pricing strategy development and Innovation
• Develop and contribute to new pricing strategies to be implemented to optimise margins
• Contribute and ensure new pricing strategies are implemented successfully
• Identify, develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to optimise short & long term profitability
• Enhance product pricing and service offering to customers
• Identify and assist with introducing new pricing methodologies to new customers and customer segments
• Marketing and Competitive intelligence

• Identify potential customers in the different marketing segments for our product and service offering and hand over to Market Development

• Recommend and approve price increase for lubricant products based on international price changes and exchange rate movements
• Profitability calculations and reviews
• Continuously review and track profitability per product and customer to ensure margin targets are met
• Recommend price changes or divestments for customers or products not meeting margin targets (complete business cases)
• Calculate profitability and DCF’s for all new customers or products
• Recommend and ensure optimised working capital levels (final and manufactured products
• Performance Management
• Develop and enhance various management reports and dashboards to assist business in tracking performance, kpi’s and risks
• Create marketing tools, methodologies and frameworks based on best practice and experience
• Project Management
• Project manage various optimisation projects (revised business models, pricing methodology changes and marketing strategy changes)
