    Direct Sales Executive

    Job description

    We have numerous positions available in the following areas: Gauteng, Kwa-Zulu Natal and Cape Town

    Purpose

    The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to generate leads by identifying, penetrating and managing commercial marketing channels focusing specifically on SMME’s and Business Professionals. Persistence and persuasiveness and a proven direct sales/lead generation track record are all prerequisites of this position. We are looking for a disciplined dynamic self-starter with good time management skills as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure. The Direct Sales Executive must also be able to communicate effectively at all levels within a commercial client base. Their earnings are tied directly to their efforts, so the ability to maximize their income is within their control.

    Responsibilities

    • The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for gaining entry to potential commercial short term insurance markets by generating qualified leads for the Business OUTsurance Sales Department.
    • This is a strategic role and the individual will be required to develop suitable marketing strategies and track the success of their lead generation activities.
