The Co-ordinator & Legal Administrator is responsible for full administration of legal accounts. She/He is responsible for the day to day activities in aid of driving and fast tracking the litigation process with the assistance of the attorney. Co-ordination of Administrative functions to support the Accounts Receivable team, Operations & Sales by consolidating required documents with a centralised focus.
This role will be responsible for delivery of the following KPI’s:
Full Administration of the legal accounts between Credit Controllers, Business Units & Attorneys
Managing the legal status on the NAV & Onguard system
Reconciliations of Legal Accounts
Negotiate payments between Attorneys & Clients on settlements & payment plans
Management of Weekly/Monthly Attorney Status reports reviewing Debtor's Legal Ledger
Following through of open legal files with Attorneys for completion of litigation process
Appropriate daily actions and response time minimising legal fees
Responsible for any credits loaded on iCabs directly linked to legal accounts
Accounts Receivable Co-ordinator
Responsible for the filing system of all entries processed in AR
Co-ordinating completion and authorisation of Supplier documents received by Credit Controllers
NAV processing and support across legal entities
Responsible for collating of the Audit requests working directly with Audit team
Support Management Accounts Controller with required Balance Sheet reconciliation items (ie Withholding Tax documents etc)
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills to interact at all levels of the organization.
Strong negotiation skills and demonstrate proficient collection skills
Excellent analytical skills
High degree of ethics and integrity, with the ability to maintain independent relationships at all times

Excellent understanding of Accounts Receivable, Sales and Operations procedures

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a credit control
Knowledge of the litigation process
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel -Advance, etc.) including email
Strong communication and writing skills
