    Sales And Marketing Specialist

    Job description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Overall responsibilities would be increased revenue generation by means of sales and marketing activities.
    • Review current market coverage and implement solutions to expand our customer base to drive incremental sales.
    • Development and implementation of marketing strategy
    • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
    • Management of all Social Media content and web site content
    • Advising on marketing, sales and customer-related strategies, systems and processes to improve sales.
    • Perform revenue analyses to identify and resolve problems, and to uncover opportunities
    • Staying abreast of industry and technology changes or developments
    • Able to drive the social media and digital marketing requirements of the business
    • Open doors for service specialists to present at clients
    • Maintain the company CRM system
    • Manage tender submissions

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

    This position requires a scientifically driven imaginative individual with a proven track record in cutting edge marketing within the digital world. Projects will be challenging and complex and you should be comfortable with identifying and implementing process improvements and challenging the status-quo.

    Essential:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or Business-related field.
    • Experience in direct sales, marketing, and applying customer expectations in sales strategies to improve results.
    • Experience in digital and non-digital areas of marketing
    • Knowledge of CRM systems
    • Experience submitting tenders
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

    Our Process

    CTC R15 000 + commission
