Warehouse Pharmacist at Syndicate

Job description

Our Client, a global healthcare leader specializing in critical medicines and technologies has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Pharmacist to manage and execute all Warehousing and Distribution related functions for their Pharmaceutical operations.

You will lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure that the activities of receiving stock, picking, packing and dispatching are done according to SOPs, GWP, GDP, and GMP where applicable. Your knowledge of the Pharmacy Act and Medicines Control Act will be critical to ensure compliance within the warehouse in terms of stock control, maintenance of Schedule 5 and 6, and the release of product for sale. Your finance and budgeting skills will be put to the test when controlling costs and striving to achieve cost savings via effective management of finances and contracts related to warehousing and distribution.

A B. Pharm degree coupled with at least 2 to 4 years’ Warehouse and Distribution experience is required. This your opportunity to join one of South Africa’s most formidable pharmaceutical enterprises which has achieved double-digit growth year-on-year.
