International company is seeking for a highly experienced and self-motivated professional to fulfill the role of online Casino Manager –South African Market.

The right candidate needs to have very strong background in South African gaming industry, mother tongue English, and be self-driven, results-oriented with a clear focus on high quality.

Job Description:

• Managing the customer support and sales team and prioritizing the team’s work flow and deliverables on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to achieve business goals
• Take care of the French VIP’s customer support
• Delivering the best online Casino experience to the customers.
• Oversees overall status of the casino: responsible for online Casino KPI’s and budget
• Checks daily results and instruct shift managers for appropriate actions.
• Train or brief shift managers regarding new issues and changes in the Operations
• Amend or revise gaming procedures for optimization and customer service.
• Report on online Casino performance to the team, Managing Director and improve reporting with unique insights
• Oversee the South African product launch plans and ensure that deadlines & key milestones are met.

Job Specifications:

• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Experience working as a casino manager or outstanding understanding of the IGaming field.
• You know how to drive casino product marketing, proposition and proposition.
• Deep understanding of the casino products and the development process
• Excellent understanding of the casino customers and their needs
• Data- driven and detail- orientated
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-starter, organized, innovative, solution-oriented thinker & doers
• Pushing boundaries to deliver the best solutions.
• You know how to motivate your team and colleagues.
