We are on a journey of transformation and exponential growth and we are seeking a Senior Executive to lead the charge in our Client Delivery space.

About the role

This is a newly created Executive role reporting into the Co-CEOs, and is responsible for creating transformative change in all our customers so that they can be much more successful and effective at delivering programs that solve social problems at scale. Specifically, this role focuses on ensuring seamless client implementation of our Vantage technology platform and ongoing associated professional services across all our clients globally. As the interface between clients and Vantage engineering this role will focus on building, leading and managing ongoing improvements that will enhance the platform’s effectiveness ensuring strategic business imperatives are met. The role requires an executive with an innovative approach, identifying and driving improvements and enhancing the client experience. You will be responsible creating and scaling the entire Client Delivery function including - attracting and building a high performing global team, setting the strategy, delivery model and processes to ensure optimal client delivery, as well as delivering on profitability for the business. You should demonstrate comfort in scoping, resourcing and leading large-scale projects in a global, matrixed environment, managing Senior stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. Your commercial astuteness together with your exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills will ensure your success at the EXCO table.

Your experience

You will ideally have 10-15 years Senior Management experience in a professional service, client services, customer success or client delivery environment focused on implementation and ongoing management of technology and wrap around consulting services, coupled with a Business or IT degree. Your experience and exposure to C-Suite roles in diverse, multicultural, organisations preferably in the Healthcare or Public Health arena, data analytics and data products will hold you in good stead. You should be able and willing to travel domestically and globally as and when required. As a seasoned leader, you will have a passion for attracting, managing and developing a high performing team and have a strong focus on coaching and mentoring talent.
