    Customer Service Specialist

    Job description

    Contributing to generate sales growth while focusing on customer loyalty.

    You will be establishing and maintaining a profitable relationship with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer account as assigned, along with ensuring that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met. You will be responsible for supporting the company vision and mission! You will be closely working with customers, analyze their requirements and ensure a smooth sales process. Dealing with sales orders and queries, you will be a fantastic relationship builder for key and often high value customers.

    You will be responsible for

    • Handling general pre and post-sales queries and claims
    • Processing and booking orders with follow-up activities
    • Providing logistics and basic product information to internal and external customers
    • Tracking stock levels and booking purchase orders to supplier plants
    • Supporting customers with credit and financial information
    • Updating customer queries in to CRM (salesforce.com) and to follow-up
    • Managing data quality in SAP and CRM system and preparing regular reports to Customer Service Center Manager
    • Providing all customer pain points and improvement areas to Customer Service Center Manager

    Your Education And Experience

    • Bring in experience of customer service and logistics
    • Experience of working in SAP and SAP CRM or Salesforce.com
    • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
    • Problem solving mindset
    • Possess excellent communication skills and give high priority to complete customer satisfaction
    • Understanding of sales, marketing and general business operations
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Ability to work with others whose technical skills range from beginner / entry level to expert levels
    • Fluency in English is required

    The position is temporary (1 year contract).
