Job description

PBT Group has a requirement for a Lead Business Analyst with solid experience in the finance/insurance industries. Someone whis capable of leading a competency, from Programme level provide guidance tthe workstream of BA’s.

Requirement Description:

• Responsible for full project life cycle from initial scope analysis, requirements gathering, writing specifications, liaising with Developer.
• Responsible for design workshop facilitation of all new work undertaken.
• Responsible for design of new application from business requirements.
• Responsible for leading of development team, in the following areas:
• Allocation of development tbe undertaken
• Assisting in the design of detailed specifications.
• Project management of development work undertaken.
• Responsible for establishing and communicating business requirements.
• Responsible for all development document control.
• Responsible for Change management control within development area.
• Responsible for identifying technical components affected within the system

• Project Leadership with proven track record.

• Solution Architecture/ Technical Design.
• Business and Systems Analysis Methodologies and Standards.
• QA & Software Testing.
