    Senior Foreman (Logistics)

    Job description

    • Planning and management of logistical foremen and supervisors
    • Stock management including all crates and cartons
    • Ensuring that dispatch adheres to set guidelines and legislation
    • Ensuring that BRC standards are adhered to
    • Management of logistics budget ito overtime
    • Ensure the adherence of all procedures to the OHSACT and general workplace safety
    • Contact internal and external clients concerned with logistical issues
    • General administration relevant to the logistical department

    The ideal candidate should have at least the following:

    • Grade 12 and 3 years experience in a logistics environment
    • Knowledge of the BRC, OSH Act and cooling protocols
    • Excellent people skills and conflict handling skills
    • Computer literacy
    • Must be willing to work overtime
    • Good communication skills
