• Are you a recently qualified CA/CIMA/B.Com Accounting (Honours) with some work experience
• Providing finance support for a key project (business model change for one of our current distributors). This will require sound tax and accounting knowledge and an understanding of financial systems.
• Develop, maintain, review and document internal control systems
• Supporting the Marketing team in the calculation of selling prices, margins etc.
• Assisting with monthly management reporting (including the annual budget cycle)
• Assisting in month end activities – preparing month end journals, reviewing the month end submission etc.
• Review documentation for foreign payments
• Preparing intercompany recharges
• Reviewing of expense claims
• Coordinate SARS VAT reviews
• Coordinate external audit (including reviews of the annual financial statements)
• Any other adhoc activities as may be required
