Location: Premier Bakery Middelburg

Reporting to: Bakery Manager

Purpose of the job: To ensure the effective and cost-efficient maintenance of all plant, machine, buildings and equipment and for health and safety on the site.

• Capacity constraint resource – CCR

• GMR2 compliance

Qualifications:

N6 technical qualification (Millwright, Electrician, Fitter & Trade Test)

Experience:

• 5 years experience in a managerial position (Technical environment)
• 5 years experience in a production environment (FMCG)
