    HR Business Partner

    Job description

    Purpose Of The Job

    Provide HR services, support and guidance to the Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance functions based in Bedfordview. In addition, provide HR related systems optimisation and analytics support to the organization.

    Requirements

    • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field, preferably at a Honors level.
    • 5 years experience as HR Business Partner covering most disciplines in the field, preferably in a commercial, retail or FMCG environment.
    • Previous SAP and other HR system experience and a strong ability to manage HR processes and systems.

    Key Performance Areas

    Support Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance Functions in the following areas:

    • Talent acquisition and staffing.
    • Talent and career management including performance management, job profiles, succession planning and competencies.
    • Compensation and benefits.
    • Organizational and employee engagement and communication.
    • HR Systems and processes, analytics and reporting.
    • Review HR processes to determine efficiency
    • Optimise systems in order to achieve increased efficiency, increased service quality and decreased cost
    • HR Analytics
    • Formulate research questions
    • Data identification and collection
    • Conducting analyses
    • Design interventions to address targeted high-impact variables
    • Measure ROI
    • Employee relations.
