A Cape Town based company is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to be responsible for the technical analysis, system configuration, programming, installation and support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

DUTIES

• Responsible for enhancing and administering the CRM platform, enforcing best practice and improving user productivity. They will be required to leverage strong planning and technical skills to achieve this.
• Configure and customise the CRM application, using built-in Microsoft development tools to support business processes as well as resolving CRM plug-in issues.
• Manage deployments of CRM packages.
• Develop and enhance CRM reports using tools inside & outside of CRM.
• Analysis of CRM business requirements in conjunction with BA.
• Work closely with the CRM business analyst to ensure business requirements are understood and met in the most effective way.
• Develop CRM solutions using out-of-the-box functions, form editing and workflows according to best practice.
• Engage with users to resolve their technical support issues and queries.
• Maintain CRM security models.
• Implement changes to meet these requirements based on best-practice and according to standards and deadlines.
• Maintain and configure CRM environments for use in development, testing and production.
• Work with other IT development resources to integrate CRM with other applications using SSIS and Markit (Integration tool set).
• Maintain software to latest version and patch levels ensuring minimal impact to current functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation regarding CRM systems configuration, application workflow, and business rules.
• Develop and test programs and programming modifications; write testing plans for others to test your work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an IT role.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and customization experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 or 2015. An accredited Microsoft CRM qualification is advantageous.
• 3 years’ experience with T-SQL
• Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing is required.
• Ability to technically architect the Dynamics CRM system and working with other Architects on the design of solutions.
• Understands and uses programming and documentation best practices.
• Understanding of business and technical process interrelationships is essential.
• Financial industry experience is advantageous.
• Experience with web development technologies (ASP.NET, web services, CRM web-based API’s) a plus.
• Passionate about the Dynamics CRM stack.
