Job description
Job Purpose
Managing a team of specialist development resources, specifically resourcing and scheduling within the SDLC process. Ensuring that there is capacity in the team to deliver the program or project’s technical requirements. Acts as the technical owner of a particular application (e.g. Ovaflow), and participate in client engagements to set the application strategy and roadmap within the organisation. Work with the Business Consultant and other stakeholders to manage the client relationship, and ensures speedy resolution of any application related incidents or problems.
Provides technical guidance to the development team.
Reviews the developed source code for adherence to Development standards and Quality considerations.

Software Development and Testing, including: AD2 Process modelling, AD4 Design, AD5 Programming, AD6 Configuration management, AD7 Application testing, AD8 Quality management
Behavioural Skills:
Job Requirements:
Matric plus appropriate tertiary qualification (B. Engineer, B.Com, BSC Informatics)
