Job Description
Debt Guides is a debt counselling company with its Head Office located in Jhb. We are expanding our operations. The company wishes to appoint a Junior Sales Manager to setup a new team. An initial 3-months performance based contract is offered with the possibility of being extended or converted to a permanent opportunity, depending on the profitability .
This is therefore the ideal opportunity for an energetic, sales driven, target-orientated manager with strong managerial skills that can convert a start-up into a profitable venture.
The positions are immediately available and will be filled as soon as the most suitable candidates have been identified.
The primary focus of the Manager is to manage the team in order to achieve sales targets. This will include managerial activities relating to marketing, sales, staff management and branch maintenance.
