Position Responsibilities

•  Responsible for daily maintenance of Three Cloud Engage Room(Operation and maintenance platform system construction, maintenance and management), showcase inspection, to detect and deal with the problem of network & showcase issues;
•  Responsible for the daily operations support work, ensure showcase presentation experience. with the CSIC operations manager support experiential marketing campaign;
• Responsible for support the subordinate office CCS-3 interactivity and experiential marketing campaigns supporting;
• Responsible for directing, supporting subordinate office showcase loading and updating, operation and maintenance deal with the problem, enabling office operation and maintenance, technical training;
• Responsible for Three Cloud Engage Room environment and asset management, including: phone, pad, STB, CCS-3, 4G wireless equipment, switches, routers, etc;
• Responsible for loading new showcase, Optimization of showcase experience; Responsible for construction and optimization of the CSIC network architecture and the platform of operation and maintenance;
• Responsible for the local configuration of local existing network services introduced in "three cloud" platform. Responsible for the maintenance of the local existing network services to ensure the showcase availability;
• Support local data entered into the system of Customer Solution Clouds ; Office Live video and simple video editing

Position Requirements

•  Major in computer, communication, electronics, automation or some other related, Bachelor Degree or above. Holds CCNA / CCNP, HCNA / HCNP certificate is preferred;
•  With work experience in the telecommunications or IT for 2 years and above; with independent design, build small LAN experience, be able to independently locate and solve the problem of network technology;
•  With Huawei data communications, wireless delivery of work experience is preferred. (data communication, wireless two kinds of skills, data communication skills is priority);
•  Require strong learning ability, professional dedication, good psychological quality, capable of bearing certain work pressure;
•  Positive attitude, hard-working, ability of coordination;
