We will consider experience in one or more of the following mid-range ERP applications: MS AX, NAV, SAP B1, Pastel Evolution, Syspro or similar applications.NetSuite ERP experience would be beneficial but is not essential. A minimum of five years experience in ERP systems implementation is expected.You will be required to travel nationally and possibly internationally at times but a significant proportion of the work will be performed remotely, with the client or your home office.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Perform on-site and/or remote implementation of NetSuite’s web-based ERP applications.
- Conduct business analysis sessions to analyse, specify and document customer requirements.
- Identify any potential solution gaps and suggest, design and build solutions.
- Help customer optimise the use of the ERP application while advising best business practices available to them.
- Define, configure and customise the applications to deliver solutions that meet the customer’s requirements.
- Conduct on-site and/or web-based training.
- Full-cycle project management including managing our project team including thnical or ecommerce experts.
- Proactively look at ways to improve our service levels by being sensitive to ustomer business needs.
- Continuously improve your product knowledge, research new and complementary roducts needed to deliver a complete solution.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent, 5 years ERP Implementation consulting & support experience,
- Eperience with basic ERP system modules including core financials, project accounting, purchasing, sales order processing and manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to create and complete project deliverables and documentation.
