BASIC PURPOSE/SCOPE

Perform Mixer, Divider, Pan-o mat, Molders and Oven operator functions, while giving breaks and lunches, such as mix dough’s, run divider, pan-o-mat, molders and oven. Monitor operations and record information pertaining to each area on ICE stations.
Maintain high GMP standards and quality control point checks to ensure that product specification standards (i.e. net weight and package code) are being met as required by company authorized standards performing the tasks in a safe and efficient manner

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Give each associate breaks and lunch, taking over the position responsibilities.
• Follow the dough mixer duties and responsibilities while in the position.
• Follow the divider operator duties and responsibilities while in the position.
• Follow the molder operator duties and responsibilities while in the position
• Follow the oven operator duties and responsibilities while in the position.
• Record information such as down time, waste, order completions, package verification, recycle dough, etc...
• Make weight ups if needed.
• Line Communicator & Safety monitor.
• Record information such as, waste, temperatures, product weight, product height, heel weight on reports and ICE stations if applicable as required for the position.
• Clean make up area and remove waste containers at the end of the shift.
• Perform physical activities that require considerable movement, such as climbing, lifting, walking, stooping and handling of heavy materials up to 50 pounds.
• Keep work area clean constantly monitoring for slips, trips and falls.

Minimum Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Physical ability and strength to perform assigned duties
• Competent operation of assigned equipment and/or machinery
• Manual dexterity and coordination necessary to perform principal duties
• Able to speak, read and write English as related to the job
• Able to receive, understand and act on detailed instructions in English
• Manual performance of the following mathematical skills as required:
• Count (b) Add © Subtract (d) Multiply (e) Divide
• Must have a good attendance record
