Job description

    PURPOSE:

• To create a compelling vision and direction for culture transformation and behavioural change within the organisation
• To establish an Exxaro wide culture transformational strategy and framework that will ensure a high performing organisation
• To get buy in within the organisation so as to ensure that the appropriate behaviour, culture and performance is achieved and maintained
• To partner with business centres in operationalising the culture transformational strategy

    MAJOR CHALLENGES

    Alignment, standardisation, buy in, change management and quality assurance group wide

    Qualifications:

• Management Development Programme ( Essential/Minimum )
• BCom (Hons) (Relevant) ( Essential/Minimum )
• Master of Business Administration ( Recommended/Desirable )
• Masters Industrial Psychology ( Recommended/Desirable )

    Experience:

• 10 years experience in HR culture transformational (high performance and culture transformation, talent, leadership)
• 5 years corporate centre experience, working closely with senior managers and leaders
• 5 years business unit experience working closely with senior management
