Job description

Role Purpose:

Provide full technical support for all technical accounting matters including the roll out of IFRS17, and regulatory reporting across the group

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical reporting expenses accurately and within agreed limits/budgetsInput into Audit committee and board reporting
• provide input related to regulatory reporting and IFRS as necessaryMonitoring changing and new accounting requirements, assessing implications for the group and implementing processes for then correct applicationCommunication to Finance Exco on new regulatory and IFRS requirements and their potential impact on the group

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant CA (SA) - NON NEGOTIABLE
• +3 years post articles experience
• Technical Accounting experience
